How to integrate Facebook Pixel with Zenler and track events on your site

Facebook Pixel allows you to track visitor activity and important events on your Zenler site. This can help you understand how visitors interact with your site and measure actions such as purchases, registrations, and page visits.

Events You Can Track

Once Facebook Pixel is integrated with Zenler, you can track supported events such as:

  • Course purchases

  • Funnel subscriptions

  • Live Class registrations

  • Interactive Webinar registrations

  • Page visits

How to Get Your Facebook Pixel ID

Before integrating Facebook Pixel with Zenler, you need your Facebook Pixel ID.

  1. Log in to your Meta Business account.

  2. Open Events Manager.

  3. Create a new Pixel or select an existing Pixel.

  4. Copy the Pixel ID.

Keep the Pixel ID available, as you will need it when connecting the Pixel to Zenler.

How to Integrate Facebook Pixel

Follow these steps to connect Facebook Pixel to your Zenler site:

  1. Log in to your Zenler Admin account.

  2. Go to Site → Integrations.

  3. Locate Facebook Pixel in the Integrations section.

  4. Click Connect with Facebook Pixel.

  5. Enter your Facebook Pixel ID.

  6. Click Save.

Once connected, Zenler will use the Facebook Pixel to track the supported events on your site.

Verify the Integration

After connecting Facebook Pixel, you can verify that the integration is working correctly.

  1. Visit your Zenler site.

  2. Perform the actions you want to track.

  3. Check your Meta Events Manager to confirm that the corresponding events are being received.

The supported events include:

  • Page visits

  • Course purchases

  • Funnel subscriptions

  • Live Class registrations

  • Interactive Webinar registrations

Note: Event data may take some time to appear in Meta Events Manager.

Manage Facebook Pixel Settings

Once Facebook Pixel is connected, you can update the integration settings at any time.

  1. Go to Site → Integrations in your Zenler Admin account.

  2. Locate Facebook Pixel.

  3. Click Edit Facebook Pixel Settings.

  4. Update the Facebook Pixel settings as required.

  5. Save your changes.

Disconnect Facebook Pixel

If you no longer want to use Facebook Pixel on your Zenler site, you can disconnect the integration.

  1. Go to Site → Integrations.

  2. Locate Facebook Pixel.

  3. Click Disconnect Facebook Pixel.

  4. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

  5. Confirm the action to disconnect Facebook Pixel.

Once disconnected, Zenler will no longer use the connected Facebook Pixel to track supported events on your site.
